Customer cards and contacts in the style of Lime, combined with kanban boards and customizable statuses in the style of Jira — with cross-linking between the two. Built multi-tenant from the ground up.
White-label operating system for rental agencies
One system for a rental agency end to end: a public onboarding wizard collects an owner, produces an electronically signed listing agreement, then auto-creates a listing that publishes to every channel — WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, portal feeds — with Beds24 as the channel-manager backbone. White-label, so each agency runs it under its own brand.
Property matching for Swedish buyers in Marbella
Buyers submit hard filters — budget, bedrooms, zone, apartment or villa — then rate how important 16 different attributes are to them. Every property is scored by an admin, and the matching engine returns a ranked list with a 0–100% match score.
Hotel website + PMS automation
Website and Avirato PMS integration for Palacio Suites Marbella. Connects the hotel’s booking system to the site so rooms, availability and media stay in sync without manual work.

Cost-calculation tool for a Swedish bostadsrättsförening financing company. Replaces a manual two-hour Excel workflow with a system targeting ten minutes per case, across three views: an external indicative quote, an internal deal-tuning view, and a printable credit-committee report.
ERP/CRM for loan payments
A system for tracking loans and payments end to end — the customer relationship and the money movement in one place, rather than split across a CRM and a spreadsheet.
Investor & subscriber dashboard
Member dashboard for Systems2Follow, built on their existing HubSpot portal. Discovery confirmed the native path is viable — EU-hosted for GDPR, memberships available, and most of the investor and subscriber data already in place.
